  The HSA facility is excellent and Paul (the owner) is very knowledgeable and committed to helping young athletes, like my granddaughter, improve their skills.  In addition to group sessions that address everything from ball handling skills to shooting, athletes can use the individual stations to improve ball handling and shooting.  The shooting keys do the rebounding and passing while the athlete focuses completely on shooting mechanics and getting as many shots off as they can from any and every position on the floor, and at any speed and interval.  I highly recommend the facility and the instructional experience Paul brings to the table.  Your athlete will significantly improve their game if they put in the time at HSA.

Our Membership will get you access to the facility 7 days a week. You have to access to: Shooting Keys, Neuro Training, Defensive Wall, Lazer 900

Training

Our Training is game relevant, moves you can take and use that night. Small Group Training is an hour long, wo cap our small group training at 10 players. That means you will get the individualized attention you need to improve.

About Us

Equipped with nearly 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, and 2018 state champion level. Paul has trained at least 30 plus players in the NBA, hundreds of collegiate players, and thousands of high school players. Some well-known athletes being: Yogi Ferrell, Trevon Bluiett, Gordon Haywood, Joey Brunk, Michael Connelly Jr, Luke Zeller, Jeff Teague, Rodney Carney, Carl Landry, Greg Oden, and Patrick Paterson. He has spoken at multiple coaching clinics for international coaches and hosted clinics for professional players and coaches. Outside of basketball he most values his wife Katrina and three kids, but basketball has always been life.
